I have moved schools. Do I need to create a new jacPLUS account?
No. You do not need to create a new jacPLUS account when moving schools. Simply update your details on your existing account. Check out our handy support article.

My school email address has changed. Can I change the email address that I use to log into jacPLUS?
Yes. You can edit your email, name or school account in the My Account section in jacPLUS. Check out our handy support article.

My digital resource has disappeared from jacPLUS. Where did it go?
If you have purchased a Jacaranda title and successfully entered your registration code, but can’t see the title on your bookshelf, please check your bookshelf filters and your My Library tab.

I need to check my digital access code

How long do I have access to my Jacaranda digital resource?
Typically one school year. If activated the year before (e.g. for Term 4 head-start programs), access extends until the end of the next school year. Some NSW staged titles may have licenses that last an additional year.

I have purchased a second-hand textbook. Can I use the digital access code?
No. Digital codes are single-use. You can check if your code has been used on the registration code page.

How much are teacher resources?
Teacher and student resources are the same price, there is no additional cost. You can check our pricing on the Pricing page.

Do you have a “teacher version” of your products?
No. There is no separate version for teachers. All you need to do is set up your jacPLUS account as a teacher to gain access to the extra teacher support resources (testmaker, reports, curriculum grids, tests, answers, worksheets, activities, and more).

Where can I find my extra teacher resources?
Log in to jacPLUS and check out the Resources Panel and teachON Tab. Check out our handy support article.

I would like to trial Jacaranda products

Can I trial a Jacaranda product?
Yes. We offer complimentary 30-day Teacher Trial digital access to teachers within schools. Simply complete your trial request here.  

I am a home-school teacher or pre-service teacher. Can I get a teacher trial?
No. Currently 30-Day Teacher Trials are only available for teachers within schools.

I am home-school teacher. Can I purchase the Jacaranda eLibrary or Bundles for my child?
No. Jacaranda’s eLibrary or Bundle packages are currently only available for schools as part of an institutional license, and not for individual purchases. You can purchase individual resources or Value Packs via Jacaranda’s online shop.

I am a Jacaranda bookseller partner
