Looking-back-on-2015

Between launching new products, running multiple events, and attending conferences, it’s been quite a year for the team at Jacaranda. With 2015 coming to a close, we wanted to take the opportunity to look back on three important highlights:

  • Jacaranda learnON: In July we launched an immersive digital learning platform for Years 7-10 that enables real-time learning through teacher-student connections, complete visibility and effective feedback. Equal parts engaging and easy to use, the learnON platform delivers trusted Jacaranda content in new and better ways to maximise learning outcomes in the classroom. To learn more and request a demo, visit the website.
  • One million JacarandaPLUS users: A few short months later, we reached an important milestone: one million inspired learners on our JacarandaPLUS online portal. To celebrate, we ran a competition for all education professionals across Australia, asking them how Jacaranda digital solutions have benefited them, their students and/or their schools. The Seven years, seven figures competition was confirmation that Jacaranda’s efforts are helping students across the country achieve their full potential. Further information about the competition, including the 13 winning entries, is available here.
  • 2015 Educational Publishing Awards Australia (EPAA): On September 17th, the EPAA held their annual ceremony and Jacaranda was named Secondary Publisher of the Year for the fourth year in a row. In addition, our Mathematics game, Spy Class, was highly commended in the Secondary – Student Resource (Junior) Altogether, a very successful night for Jacaranda! Details of the award are posted here.

We hope you are enjoying a much deserved holiday with your family and friends and look forward to an exciting and successful 2016!
