Supporting flexible learning

We would like to play our part in supporting Australian teachers to deliver remote or flexible learning.
Here are just some of the ways we can help:

Using Jacaranda?   We have put together the Online Learning Action Plan to help you deliver remote education.

Not using Jacaranda?   We are offering schools free digital/PDF access to teachers and their students for all of Term 2.
We kindly ask teachers to submit one request per school. Please note, we cannot accept requests from students or parents.

Thousands of Australian teachers and their students have already been supported through these challenging times.

  • I am SO grateful that you are offering this! I honestly feel like I have won the lotto. It’s been a tough couple of weeks navigating this new era of teaching. I’m looking forward to getting stuck into teaching through learnON.
    – Teacher, WA

  • Thank you (and your organisation) from the bottom of our hearts.
    – Teacher, QLD

  • First a big thank-you to the Jacaranda team for making [resources] available to our students.  At this time of uncertainty, this will come as welcome news to the families we can now get online.  The support which we have had from the team has as always been fantastic.
    – Assistant Principal, VIC

  • Thanks for your support in delivering education to our students.
    – Head of Department, VIC

  • My school is amazed at the generosity of Jacaranda and we are very appreciative of your help and the work you’re doing to support our students.
    – Resource Manager, NSW

  • I think this is an amazing offer and appreciate your willingness to share your resources at this difficult time.
    – Teacher, VIC

Our support kit is here to help students and their parents get ready for remote learning, with 3 steps to prepare, support resources and troubleshooting tips.
Let Ron Barassi and Shirly Griffith show you practical and valuable tips for how to teach classes online and keep students engaged during COVID-19.
You’re invited to put your writing skills to the test! Jacaranda’s writing competition is now open to current teachers and their Years 7-12 students until June 26th, 2020.

Thank you, from all of us at Jacaranda

Every Australian has a story about a teacher who has had an impact on their life. A teacher who believed in their abilities when they lost confidence. Who stayed back after school to help them catch up. Who listened to and guided them through tough times.

On October 25th, Australia celebrated World Teachers’ Day. We took the opportunity to say thank you to some of the teachers who changed our lives. You are the reason we do what we do at Jacaranda.
