Australian Curriculum: History

Jacaranda will be publishing new editions of Jacaranda History Alive 7-10 for the Australian Curriculum in 2017 for use in 2018. Available in print and a brand new digital format, the new edition comprehensively covers the Australian Curriculum.

Trusted History content delivered in new and better ways

Combining quality content, a “learning made visible” framework and an exciting new platform, Jacaranda provides new and better ways to dramatically improve teaching and learning. To meet the needs of all schools, the updated Jacaranda History Alive series will be available in print and digital formats.

Jacaranda is introducing a brand new eBook powered by learnON, the immersive digital learning platform that replaces eBookPLUS in 2018. learnON transforms trusted Jacaranda content to make learning more visible, personalised and social. For teachers, learnON includes additional teacher resources such as quarantined questions and answers, curriculum grids and work programs—no separate eGuide purchase is required.

For customers not ready to make the transition to digital-only learning, the Jacaranda History Alive 7-10 series will be available as a familiar print textbook. The print editions also include an activation code for learnON so schools can take advantage of the benefits of both formats, and see how learnON makes it easy to start or progress their digital teaching and learning journey.

To complement the History Alive series, myWorld History Atlas is available for Years 7-10.
