Without the customers and their needs for our products we have nothing. We will exert every effort to see that the customer service and quality standards are met.

Suppliers

We cannot operate profitably without those who supply us the resource material. We ask only that the suppliers be competitive in the market place and treat us as an integral link to the customer. We are loyal to those who support our values.

Citizenship

We will maintain the highest ethics with our customers, suppliers, employees and communities where we work. We will be an active and responsible part of the community by helping those who need it, by helping the school community and by involving ourselves in conservation and recycling.

Growth

We will use the basis of systems management to pioneer new levels of customer satisfaction and with this to achieve a strong balanced growth. This growth is to be in new markets or new management techniques, new products and the personal growth of our people and ideas.
